Body Mass Index (BMI) Tool

Don’t just trust your scale to tell you if you are at a healthy weight. This tool finds your body mass index (BMI). This uses your weight and height to assess how much of your body is likely fat. A higher BMI means more risk for health problems linked to weight. The BMI goal for most people is a score between 18 and 25.
